Established originally in Hong Kong (1999 to 2023), we relocated our business to the centre of  Europe to Hungary. 80% of our work is in international real estate, and 20% is in private equity acquisitions and disposals on behalf of clients.

In real estate, iNGenious Investments' team have assisted clients in acquisitions, development, redevelopment, property management and repositioning of portfolios of residential and commercial real estate internationally. Our clients vary from high net worth individuals, to family offices to financial institutions.
